This Princess Anne Country Club Classic Wedding was absolutely beautiful. From Kristin’s gorgeous gown adorned by a veil made by her sister in law’s mother. She exuded such a classic and elegant bride. What an incredible day surrounded by their best people celebrating their love story. They are most looking forward to being married, walking through life together as they grow their family and raise a future puppy.
They met during their last semester at James Madison and they have been together ever since. True Duke fans, their wedding wouldn’t be complete without all their JMU friends, Duke Dog chants and tributes to their alma mater. Kristin and James are big baseball fans and always enjoy going to a game. A typical date night includes lots of Italian and wine!
When James asked Kristin’s father for permission to marry his little girl, he of course said yes and asked when he planned on proposing. James told him anytime as he showed him the ring. Kristin’s father suggested that very day before they headed back to their home at time, Arlington. So they took a walk in First Landing State Park with his parents and dog. James got down on one knee while both sets of parents and lots of family watched. I’d say that is something really special! A simple engagement surrounded by your best people!
Special thanks goes to the vendor who helped make their beautiful!
Thank you to Erika Mills for second shooting for me!
